Administrative law encompasses the court supervision of federal and provincial government and the work of agencies, boards and commissions where public and private interests are decided. Generally, administrative agencies are created to protect a public interest and to ensure a balance with private interests.

We have appeared before provincial tribunals including the Labour Relations Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Ontario Municipal Board and the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board and have successfully appealed administrative law decisions to the Divisional Court of the Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.
