Paul’s practice encompasses three areas:Estate Planning and Administration, including the preparation of Wills, assisting Estate Trustees with the administration of Estates, and in many cases acting as Estate Trustee;

Providing legal services and business advice to the owners and operators of privately-owned businesses, assisting them in their business strategies as well as their day-to-day business decisions; and,

Advising churches, charities and non-profit organizations on a broad range of legal matters.

Paul represents the third generation of lawyers in the Mills family at the firm. He is a grandson of Alexander Mills, K.C., one of the founders, and son of Ralph S. Mills, Q.C.Paul articled with the firm, became a Partner in 1973 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1982.
