What is Administrative Professionals Day? It’s a dedicated day on which employers and managers show their thanks and appreciation for all that administrative professionals do for their organization. This, of course, should not be the only day we stop and say thank you, but, it is a great reminder to make an effort to acknowledge all the good our admin team does and how they have added value to our organization and departments.
At Mills & Mills, we try to acknowledge our administrative professional’s hard work throughout the year, by (among other things) giving staff appreciation awards, acknowledging work anniversary milestones, and celebrating special events in our team members’ lives. We believe we have the best administrative team! We are lucky to have many employees who have chosen to spend their entire careers with our firm. We are lucky not to only have dedicated and talented employees, but team members who are also genuine, hardworking and caring. We have thrived as a firm for more than 130 years not only because of our expertise but because of the administrative professionals that support our practices, provide excellent client service and proudly represent the firm and exhibit our “How Can I Help” attitude!
