Ray joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2000 as a LegalShield Lawyer. In 2006, he became the Managing Lawyer for LegalShield, having the responsibility of overseeing the delivery of quality legal assistance and the highest possible level of service to our LegalShield members.
Ray attended the University of Ottawa and obtained both a B.A. (History) and B.Soc.Sc. (Political Science). He also obtained his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa.
Prior to joining Mills & Mills LLP, Ray worked in a small firm in Ottawa with a concentration on employment law and general litigation.
Ray finds assisting LegalShield members with their legal issues extremely gratifying. Each day, he sees the results of his work and the work of the other LegalShield associates, and knows that they have lessened the stress and anxiety of individuals who are fearful of or intimidated by the legal process. Ray says, “We are providing access to the legal system for many who otherwise would have no such access. We do make a difference, and lessen the burden for many of our members.”
