R. Browning (Roly) has been working in association with Mills & Mills LLP since 2004. In this capacity, Roly works closely with many members of the firm in the areas of estate planning and administration and real estate. Roly is the former Chairman of the Ontario Licence Suspension Appeal Board. He was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 1982. In addition to his legal practice, Roly is actively involved in a number of charities and continues to make significant contributions to the community. He is a member of The York and Granite Clubs and the Rosedale Golf Club.
