“Fourth Wave” IOUC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and support to the Ukrainian community. Its mission includes promoting health and well-being through medical and nutritional assistance for children, supplying ambulance vehicles and medicine to hospitals and clinics aiding victims of war, disasters, and refugees, as well as advancing education and preserving Ukrainian language, culture, and traditions in Canada and Ukraine.
