Mills & Mills LLP proudly sponsored the Police Association of Ontario’s (PAO) inaugural golf tournament on June 27, which raised $20,000 for charities that provide mental health support for Ontario first responders.
The money raised will be split between Badge of Life Canada, Boots On The Ground and Wounded Warriors Canada – PTSD Service Dog Program.
The event was held at the Lionhead Golf Club in Brampton on June 27, the same day recognized as PTSD Awareness Day since 2019. Special guests included Premier Ford and the new Solicitor General Michael Kerzner. The Police Association of Ontario plans to make this an annual charity golf tournament to support awareness of PTSD.
