Adnan joined the litigation team at Mills & Mills LLP in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Adnan was an associate at a litigation boutique in Toronto where he had a broad civil and criminal litigation practice.
Adnan maintains a diverse litigation practice, focusing on commercial litigation, contract disputes, defamation actions, and human rights matters for individual and corporate clients. He has appeared at all trial-level courts in Ontario, as well as a variety of administrative tribunals.
Adnan was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2018. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts degree from McMaster University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University. In law school, Adnan was editor-in-chief of the student newspaper and a caseworker for Queen’s Legal Aid. He now mentors law students as they enter the profession.
Adnan understands that his clients want a just and efficient resolution of their matters and he aims to provide clear, practical and cost-efficient legal representation that directly addresses his clients’ needs.
He is a member of the Advocates Society, Toronto Lawyers’ Association, and the South Asian Bar Association. He maintains oral fluency in Urdu and Hindi.
