Caterina joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2022 as an articling student and joined our Business Law Group as an associate in 2023.

Caterina’s practice covers a broad range of corporate, regulatory and commercial matters for charities, not-for-profit corporations, and for-profit corporations. Caterina advises on several areas of law including business formation, organization, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and charitable registrations. She also provides support to clients in the franchise sector, advising on regulatory issues, providing practical business advice and drafting franchise agreements and disclosure documents.

Caterina obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa prior to joining the firm. In law school, Caterina participated in the Nelligan O’Brien Payne Moot and was selected as one of four semi-finalists from eighty teams. She was also actively involved in the law school community and was selected as a legal writing leader where her strong legal writing and analytical skills helped her provide valuable mentorship to her fellow colleagues.

Caterina strives to provide her clients with practical, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for their diverse corporate, governance and business needs, while also considering practical and creative solutions to achieve excellent results. She is fluent in Greek, Italian, and English with proficiency in French and Spanish.
