Martin joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2024 to continue his real estate, corporate and estates practice. Prior to joining the firm, Martin owned and operated his own firm since 1978.

Martin has a mediation certification in Mediation Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is also a Qualified Arbitrator under the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario (AMIO). Martin is an accomplished writer and educator.

Martin is very proactive in attending various continuing legal education courses offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well as courses offered by private educational companies. He prides himself in keeping abreast of new developments in the law, so that he can assist his clients effectively.

Martin is also active in promoting and fostering continuing education initiatives among the real estate community and the public. He does this by presenting seminars at the request of financial institutions, for the benefit of account managers and/or loan officers. Additionally, he has served on panels presenting such seminars.

Martin co-founded the Canadian Craft Show Ltd, also known as One-of-a-Kind Craft Show and The Festival of Candian Fashion, which promotes Canadian Fashion Designers and the Schools and Skills show. It was designed to connect students with post-secondary institutions.
