Nancy joined the firm as a LegalShield Associate in 2022. Nancy is a dynamic lawyer with over 17 years of experience.

Before joining Mills & Mills LLP, Nancy worked for over a decade as Legal Counsel with the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto before opening her own practice where she provided legal support, advice and court representation for parents, adoptive parents, grandparents, caregivers and children. Nancy studied Political Science and History at McMaster University before going on to earn her Law Degree at University of Windsor. Nancy was also a volunteer for a weekly dinner service program called Out of the Cold Homeless Program for over a decade.

Nancy’s years of experience and past advocacy for her clients are of tremendous benefit to the LegalShield members she advises and supports.
