Peter joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2021 and practices within the business law group. Prior to joining the firm, Peter served for over a decade as senior in-house counsel to one of Canada’s major accounting firms. Peter has expertise in all corporate, commercial and partnership governance matters including contract negotiations, drafting, review and management, transactional work, commercial leasing, employment law and regulatory compliance matters.

Peter is a member of the Law Societies of Ontario and British Columbia. He has completed a Master’s of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School and obtained a Bachelor of Laws and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Saskatchewan.

Peter strives to provide clients with practical legal advice to ensure they make tactical decisions in all strategic business matters.
